GDPR – Vanquish Analytics acts as a joint controller with Shopify store owners, meaning both parties share responsibilities regarding user data protection. Store owners determine what data is shared with our platform, while we process and analyze that data for reporting and analytics purposes. European users may access, modify, or request deletion of their data at any time.
CCPA – We do not sell personal data. California users may request data access and deletion.
