We started managing email marketing for Parisi Coffee in the fall of 2020. Almost a year later we had seen consistent success from these campaigns and flows but knew the overall aesthetics of the emails were holding us back. Luckily, Parisi thought the same thing.

With the launch of Parisi’s coffee bag rebrand on the horizon, we had about 2 months to prepare for the launch and the transition, fully taking over email marketing.

After a series of teaser emails for the new bag designs, we launched on National Coffee Day (October 1st) and after a few months had already seen an increase in opens, clicks, purchases, and overall revenue per campaign.
